Ruti is the founder of Flakkes - an online stealth mode venture aimed at providing a fun solution for online advertisements.

Ruti worked previously at Lehman Brothers in the Israeli Investment Banking division. Prior to that she worked on Wall Street as a proprietary trader at Worldco.

Ruti studied entrepreneurship at Brown University - as a Sidney Frank scholar offered a full scholarship for excellent students; and graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a summa cum laude BA in economics and philosophy.
